The Lab Middle School Direct Appeal is our singular, most important fundraiser. The Direct Appeal is the lifeline that allows Lab Middle to offer the extensive afterschool programs and fund the necessary expenses that make our school the vibrant community that it is. Without your continued support, these programs cannot not exist!

PA Events and Initiatives – Volunteer Opportunities

All lab events, initiatives and activities are planned and organized by parent volunteers. We need your help! The PA encourages every family to get involved and participate in any way you can. We welcome new ideas and your support! If you’re interested in learning more, joining a committee, or if you have a question or suggestion, please contact labmspa@gmail.com.

Photo Day

A week or two of prep work, collecting checks, scheduling and/or assisting with event day. A quick and easy way for 6th grade families to get involved. (Please hurry! Photo Day is coming up soon!)

Latin Dance

In its second year, the Latin Dance has dance, food and fun! The event will be held in October and we could use some volunteers to help out!

Lunar New Year Celebration and Banquet

Organize and help at this spring celebration filled with tradition and great food! Approximately two months time commitment and "day of" volunteers needed for this combined middle/high school event.

Ice Skating Party

The kids love this chance to bond and skate, but we need help organizing it, getting sponsors, selling tickets at lunch and more!

Spring Auction

This fabulous, city-wide annual food festival held in late spring calls for volunteers to solicit donations from local restaurants, secure sponsors, and bring in the crowd! Approximately three month time commitment and "day of" volunteers needed for this combined middle/high school event!

ADMISSIONS 2012

Lab MS Admissions Exam will be held Saturday, February 4, 2012.

Specific testing information including, time, make-up dates, etc will be communicated next week through our website and your elementary school.
