The Direct Appeal is the lifeline that allows Lab Middle to offer the extensive afterschool programs and fund the necessary expenses that make our school the vibrant community that it is. High 5 Tickets to the Arts

Want to see an Off Broadway show for a song? Or a ballet for next to nothing? High 5 Tickets to the Arts is dedicated to making the arts affordable for teens. Through High 5, teens ages 13 to 18 can buy $5 tickets to the best of New York City dance, music, theater and visual arts events all year round. 

In order to purchase tickets, all you need is an interest in the arts, a school ID and $5. Each teen may buy one extra $5 ticket for an adult. If you would like to go to an arts event as a group, use the Take 5 Program to buy 5 tickets at $5 each and get a sixth ticket free to use for a teen or adult. Go to www.High5tix.org and sign up for free!

NY International Children's Film Festival

Earn money for our school by watching the best new films for ages 3-18 from the NY Int'l Children's Film Festival (NYICFF). NYICFF offers up a diverse selection of brilliant films at IFC Center (323 6th Ave @ W 3rd St.) every Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 AM.

For every ticket purchased, NYICFF donates $2 back to our Parent Association!

To buy tickets and raise money for our school simply:

Lab MS Admissions Exam will be held Saturday, February 4, 2012.

Specific testing information including, time, make-up dates, etc will be communicated next week through our website and your elementary school.
